2. What we collect
We only collect data that is necessary to provide our services and communicate with you:
- Name and email when you book a meeting through our scheduling service
- What you send us through the contact form or by email (name, email address, your message)
- Anonymous website statistics — only with your consent (see section 7)
3. Why we collect it
- To respond to your questions or requests
- To schedule and manage meetings
- To improve our services
We never sell your data and do not use it for marketing without consent.
4. Third parties
To run this website and our services we work with a small number of service providers (processors). They only process your data on our instructions, under a data processing agreement, and never for their own purposes:
- Hosting — the website itself
- Database — contact form messages and, with your consent, the statistics in section 7 (stored in the EU)
- Email — our mailbox and the delivery of contact form messages
- Scheduling — booking a meeting
- Location lookup — turning an IP address into a region, only with your consent (section 7)
Some of these providers are based outside the European Economic Area, mainly in the United States. For those transfers we rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
We are happy to send you a list of the providers we use; email info@nutmegprojects.com. We never sell your data or share it for advertising.
5. Retention
We keep your data only as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law (e.g., tax obligations require 7 years of financial records).
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR (AVG), you have the right to:
- Access the data we have about you
- Correct any inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Object to how we use your data
- File a complaint with the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens

7. Cookies and statistics
This website uses strictly necessary cookies and browser storage to make the site work and to remember your cookie choice and language. No consent is required for these.
In addition, and only with your consent, we keep simple statistics in our own database: which pages are visited, for how long, on what type of device, and from which region. For the region your IP address is processed once by a location lookup service; the address itself is not stored. Without your consent no statistics are collected and the site keeps working as usual.
To be able to demonstrate your choice (GDPR art. 7), we record the choice itself together with an anonymous session ID and the version of this policy.
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via the "Cookies" link in the footer. We use no marketing or advertising cookies.
8. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always on this page, with the date updated at the top.
